Due to increased activity in the city’s major retail districts during the Rose Festival and fall/winter holiday season, specific areas and streets have restricted use. The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) implements a moratorium on use of the public right-of way to support the Holiday Season & Rose Festival. Records in this dataset describe streets where those restrictions are imposed, the area of the right-of-way where the restrictions apply, and the start and end dates of the restriction. |
